INTRODUCTION:
The Top Tech/Baoji CK7516/20/25/30 series
of CNC lathes are designed and manufactured
using a combination of the latest
technologies and proven techniques.
Designed for accuracy, power and
rigidity, the mechanics of the
machine tool, from the safety devices
to the cooling system, are
all designed and manufactured to the
highest standards. The macine base,
an exclusive, one piece, 45 or 60 degree
slant bed, meehanite casting, ensures
the machine povides excellent dampening
as well as dynamic and static rigidity.
The machine base is also designed for
"free flow", convenient chip removal.
A high precision spindle supported by
precision bearings and driven by a
powerful Fanuc digital AC motor provides
accuracy, stability and low noise during
operation. Key components such as bearings
ball screws and the spindle components
are all produced in Japan (NTN or NSK)to
ensure higher accuracy and longer part life.
The 12-station, servo driven turret
(Manufactured by Duplomatic, Italy)
provides super quick, bi-directional
indexing and trusted repeatability.
The standard CNC system is the proven
FANUC O-TDII. This 32 bit, digital
control ensures maximum machining performance.
Other controls (FANUC O-Ti, Siemens, Fagor,
etc.) are available as factory options.
Other components, such as the hydraulic
system, lubrication system and standard
chuck are all recognized, name brand
suppliers.
