The line of machining centers RV-2, RV-2 SP, RV-2 5A, RV-2 5SP, RV-5, RV-5SP, RH-3 and RH-3SP has been developped for production of high precision workpieces. Applications include complex workpieces in aeronautic / aerospace medical industry, electronics and many other requirements for micromechanic parts.

With more than 15 years experiance, REALMECA has developped high rigid and vibration damping machinebases in granitstone and polymer composite construction. The assembly elements for spindle and crosslide are directly integratet into the granit/polymer-compound machinebase. The geometrie of the machine with flatness, parallelity and rectangularity within 2 µm is obtained by final scratching of all surfaces. High precision linear guideways will be positioned and screwed to these perfect bases.
